Checkout is concierge-based. After you submit your order, our team confirms availability and pricing and arranges payment before anything ships. No card is charged on the site.

Orders ship discreetly, in plain packaging, with tracking provided once payment is confirmed.

Processing and delivery timelines are shared when we follow up on your order and can vary by destination.

If a vial arrives damaged, or you receive the wrong item, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order reference and a photo where possible.

We will arrange a reshipment or a refund for the affected item.

Because these are sensitive research materials, we cannot accept returns of opened or used vials for safety and integrity reasons. Issues with unopened, damaged, or incorrect items are covered above.
